Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25, 1970) is an American actor best recognized for her roles as Dr. Sydney Hansen and Dr. Lane Hunter, respectively. She's also appeared as detective Stella Bonasera within the CBS drama series CSI: NY. In addition, she received praise for her debut television character on the CBS soap Opera Guide Light playing Eleni Cooper. A few of her most memorable films include "15 minutes", "Percy Jackson And The Olympians The Lightning Thief" and "Snitch". She is believed being working on a film adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. This film was written by Vlas Parlapanides and Charley Parlapanides.
